ul /brliConfigure and support Cisco network infrastructure, including Nexus and Catalyst switches and routers.

/li /brliConfigure, support and administer Cisco Meraki solutions (switching, wireless and security).
/li /brliConfigure, support and administer site-to-site VPN tunnels based on IPsec technologies.
/li /brliMonitor WAN usage and performance, and troubleshoot network issues.
/li /brliProvide first and second-level support, including troubleshooting and coordination with vendors.
/li /brliReview logs and alerts, and perform corrective actions.
/li /brliMonitor network performance and ensure optimal operation.
/li /brliMaintain and update technical documentation and configuration templates.
/li /brliApply a risk-based, security-first mindset when implementing and supporting network services in a complex, multi-tenant environment.
/li /brliParticipate in network security implementation projects, review vulnerability and risk reports, and implement controls that protect service availability, integrity and confidentiality.
/li /brliCollaborate with IT, business relationship and cybersecurity teams to translate requirements into secure technical solutions, written proposals and cost estimates when required.
/li /brliImplement approved technical policies and secure configuration standards on enterprise network security systems.
/li /brliAutomate recurring operational tasks using scripting and automation platforms where appropriate.
/li /brliStay up to date with emerging technologies, the cyber threat landscape and network security best practices, and share knowledge with the team.
/li /brliProvide on-call/standby support and ad hoc support to related network or cybersecurity teams when required.
/li /br /ul /brh3The resource MUST have the following skills and experience: /h3 /brul /brliA minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in network administration.
/li /brliStrong hands-on experience with Cisco technologies, including switching and routing.
/li /brliStrong hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki solutions.
/li /brliProven experience working with F5 load balancers.
/li /brliStrong experience with firewall technologies (Cisco Firepower and F5 AFM).
/li /brliSolid understanding of TCP/IP networking and protocols.
/li /brliExperience with routing protocols such as OSPF and BGP.
/li /brliGood understanding of networking in cloud environments, including AWS networking concepts (VPC, routing, security groups, connectivity).
/li /brliKnowledge of enterprise LAN, data centre and WAN technologies, including SD-WAN, DIA, MPLS, DNS, authentication services and network monitoring.
/li /brliGood understanding of network security concepts and best practices.
/li /brliStrong knowledge of cybersecurity risk management processes and the ability to assess threat relevance, impact and risk.
/li /brliExperience working in ITIL-based environments.
/li /brliProven troubleshooting and operational support experience in complex environments.
/li /brliStrong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills.
