Qualifications,Skills&Experience;
- Bachelor'sdegreeinHumanResources,BusinessAdministration,HospitalityManagement,orarelatedfield.
- Minimum5yearsofprogressiveHRexperience,preferablywithinthehospitalityorluxuryhotelindustry.
- Strongknowledgeofemploymentlegislation,HRpolicies,andhospitalityworkforcepractices.
- Provenexperienceinrecruitment,employeerelations,performancemanagement,learning&development;,andsuccessionplanning.
- Experiencemanagingadiverseandmulticulturalworkforceinafast-pacedoperationalenvironment.
- Strongunderstandingoflaborcostmanagement,workforceplanning,andemployeeengagementinitiatives.
- Excellentleadership,interpersonal,communication,andstakeholdermanagementskills.

Salary
- Annualgrosssalary:€40,000-45,000-dependingonexperienceandqualifications.
