/li liUnderstand client briefs, objectives, and expectations.
/li liEnsure an exceptional client experience.
/li liLead projects from the initial briefing through to final delivery.
/li liCreate and manage project timelines, budgets, and production schedules.
/li liManage multiple projects simultaneously.
/li liCoordinate venues, catering, audiovisuals, branding, entertainment, transportation, and logistics.
/li liManage suppliers and production partners.
/li liEnsure seamless execution throughout the event.
/li liManage project budgets and profitability.
/li liNegotiate with suppliers and partners.
/li liMonitor costs, contracts, and invoices.
/li lib3+ years of experience /b in event management, MICE, event production, corporate events, incentives, or conferences.
/li libEspanish– C1 level is a plus.
/b /li liExperience working in international environments.
/li liAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
/li liExcellent organisational, communication, and negotiation skills.
/li liStrong client focus and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
/li liWillingness and availability to travel internationally.
