/ph3Your Next Opportunity /h3pWe are looking for a Villas Guest Services Agent for the **** season — a dynamic, proactive individual with a strong passion for hospitality.
You will be the main point of contact for guests staying in our nine villas, ensuring a personalized andimpeccable service.
You will work closely with the Front Office and other operational departments, ensuring that every guest experience meets and exceeds Relais Châteaux and Borgo Pignano standards.
/ph3Main Responsibilities /h3ulliManage check-in and check-out operations efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with company standards.
/liliProvide a warm welcome and assistance to guests staying in our villas.
/liliAssist guests with restaurant reservations, activities, and experiences offered by the property.
/liliAnticipate guests' needs and respond promptly and courteously to every request.
/liliCollaborate with Housekeeping, Concierge, In-Room Dining, and Front Office to ensure a smooth and coordinated service.
/liliCheck the condition of the villas and common areas, reporting any issues or malfunctions.
/liliDeliver food and beverages to the villas upon guests' request.
/liliEnsure compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
/liliEnsure compliance with Relais Châteaux and Borgo Pignano Tuscany standards in every interaction with guests.




/li /ulh3The Profile We Are Looking For /h3ulliAt least 2 years of experience in Front Office and/or Food Beverage within the luxury hospitality sector.
/liliStrong service orientation and commitment to guest satisfaction.
/liliGood knowledge of the services, restaurants, and experiences offered by the property is considered a plus.
/liliExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
/liliAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service quality.
/liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
/liliDiscretion and the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism.
/liliAbility to remain calm and composed under pressure.
/liliExcellent command of English; knowledge of additional languages is considered a plus.

/liliOwn vehicle / valid driving licence and access to a car.
