We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Manufacturing Specialist to work on a Full-Time basis. The role involves optimizing manufacturing processes and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Candidates will oversee production workflows and implement efficiency improvements.
Key Responsibilities: Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align production goals with quality and safety standards.
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
Document standard operating procedures and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
Proficiency in manufacturing software and data analysis tools.
Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
