Move Silicon è alla ricerca di un Analog IC Engineer con solida esperienza in Power Electronics per guidare lo sviluppo di circuiti di potenza su silicio, dal concept alla validazione in laboratorio. La funzione include mentorship di profili junior e interfaccia con partner esterni.
Si richiede laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Elettronica e 4-5 anni di esperienza, familiarità con Cadence Virtuoso/Spectre/PSpice e conoscenza di processi BCD/SOI/GaN. Contratto a tempo indeterminato e lavoro da remoto.
