Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web-based software applications and digital platforms.
- Develop responsive and intuitive user interfaces.
- Build and manage frontend and backend systems.
- Integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) models and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Develop and integrate APIs and third-party services.
- Design, implement, and manage databases.
- Implement user authentication and data management systems.
- Perform software testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
- Contribute to the design and development of new digital products and technological solutions.
Programming Languages & Frameworks
- Python
- HTML / CSS
- React / Next.js
- Node.js or equivalent technologies
Development Tools & Technologies
- Git and GitHub
- SQL and NoSQL databases
- REST APIs and cloud services
- OpenAI API and other AI model integrations

Knowledge of every technology listed above is not mandatory. However, candidates must demonstrate solid programming skills, technical independence, and the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.

Italian and English Language Requirement – Mandatory
Fluent Italian and English is an essential and non-negotiable requirement for this position.
Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in Italian, both spoken and written, and participate in technical discussions, meetings, and daily project activities.
English language skills are considered an advantage, particularly for technical documentation and international projects.

Our recruitment process focuses on practical capabilities and demonstrated results.
Shortlisted candidates will be required to:
- Present a live demonstration of one or more software projects they have personally developed.
- Demonstrate fully functional applications, websites, or digital platforms.
- Explain the technologies, programming languages, and development tools used.
- Clearly describe their personal contribution to the projects.
- Demonstrate their ability to understand, modify, and develop the underlying code.
- Discuss technical challenges, architectural decisions, and solutions implemented.
- Personal, experimental, academic, and independently developed projects are welcome, provided they are functional and the candidate can demonstrate direct involvement in their development.
The position is based at Flyon Aero’s headquarters in Tortona.
On-site work only
Working arrangements will be evaluated according to the candidate’s technical skills, experience, and level of autonomy.
Applications will be evaluated primarily on practical technical skills, demonstrated autonomy, and the ability to develop fully functional software products.
