Pragmatike is recruiting on behalf of a major international organization for an Application Support Technician to join a global Digital Solutions Managed Services team. You’ll support a portfolio of business-critical applications and enterprise tools across Windows and Linux environments.

This hands-on role focuses on troubleshooting complex issues, database administration (MSSQL and open-source), and contributing to smooth deployments and upgrades. A rotating 24/7 on-call schedule applies.
