World Wide Group are looking for an experienced photo collection and quality control archiver to join our team.Si candidi in fretta: consulti la descrizione completa scorrendo verso il basso per scoprire tutti i requisiti di questo ruolo.This role is full time and based in Frascati, Italy.This is supporting to deliver a Work Package to ensure the satisfactory provision of the services listed below.
- Content management for Pictures archives
- Monitoring and maintenance of lists of collections on external depositSHIP ad-hoc digitisation, ingestion and curation
- Support for ECSR topographic and quality control of its regular update
- Support for quality control of ingestion under OMNIE
- Support for the quality control of digitization activities, follow‑up of collections from the departure for digitisation until their return and ingestion
- Working with our clients Brand Centre and editorial guidelines
- Production, Coordination, and Outreach meetings’ outcomes
- User manuals and configuration files for accessing the relevant systemsm
- Monthly reports on overall activity, including requests, deliveries, and license agreements

Contractual matters
The successful candidate will be employed directly by World Wide Group, as part of our communications service team within the Consortium. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in Italy and be able to work tempo pieno on site in Frascati. This is a 1 year contract, with possibility of renewal. The start date is January 2027.
