Join Our Team as an Analog IC Design Expert
We are seeking a talented and experienced Analog IC Design Expert to lead our efforts in broadband optical communication integrated circuits (ICs). If you are passionate about innovation and have a strong background in analog circuit design, we want to hear from you!
Your Responsibilities
- Serve as the company-wide expert in HF analog circuit design for broadband optical communication ICs, defining methodologies and leading critical analog developments.
- Lead the design of high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits.
- Drive innovation in transmitter and receiver architectures.
- Establish and refine analog design methodologies.
- Conduct technical reviews and make sign-off decisions.
- Mentor senior engineers and technical leaders to foster growth and development.
Who We Are Looking For
- MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience in analog IC design.
- Knowledge of broadband optical communication IC design, including HF amplifiers, TIAs, drivers, and receiver/transmitter front-end requirements; familiarity with HF layout is a plus.
- Experience with PLLs, CDRs, ADCs, and DACs.
- Strong skills in signal integrity, noise, jitter, and parasitic-aware design analysis.
- Experience with advanced CMOS nodes, including FinFET and/or FD-SOI, is required.
