STMicroelectronics in Sicilia offers an internship focused on test improvement for high-frequency characterization of power MOSFETs and IGBTs. You will set up measurement systems, calibrate benches, and study frequency effects on intrinsic capacitances using S-parameters.

You will work with a team to optimize measurement procedures, analyze data with Excel, MATLAB, or Python, and prepare technical reports and presentations.
