Overview As the CT clinical expert for Philips, you promote and train customers on advanced CT solutions across Italy. You partner with sales to demonstrate clinical benefits and support feature adoption, driving adoption and customer satisfaction. You build relationships with radiologists and clinicians to improve workflow and clinical outcomes while contributing to product feedback and new product introductions. This role blends hands-on training, education, and cross-functional collaboration to elevate spectral CT and overall clinical value.

Responsabilità
Act as clinical reference for Computed Tomography (CT) across Italy Train and educate radiologists and clinical users on CT applications Drive adoption of advanced CT technologies, with emphasis on Spectral CT Support sales with clinical demonstrations, tenders,
and customer presentations Maintain and grow a high-quality clinical image portfolio for commercial/education use Gather customer/market insights and feed back to Business Innovation Unit Support new product introductions and ensure timely documentation after visits Build trusted relationships with radiologists, radiographers, and healthcare professionals to improve outcomes and workflow
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's or Master's in Biomedical Engineering or related discipline (or equivalent HealthTech experience) Proven experience and in-depth knowledge of Computed Tomography (CT) Minimum 5 years in a clinical or healthcare setting Customer-focused mindset and ability to build trusted professional relationships Willingness to travel extensively across Italy (60-70%) Fluent in Italian and English with strong communication/presentation skills customer-focused strong communication presentation skills Computed Tomography (CT) expertise Spectral CT knowledge clinical training and education delivery
