Provide technical leadership to the development team including setting priorities and engineering standards Own key architectural decisions ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability Define,
evolve and maintain application and system architecture (microservices, distributed systems) Promote architectural principles and coding guidelines through reviews and best practices Evaluate emerging technologies and drive adoption to support product evolution Lead modernization of technology landscape transitioning from legacy to cloud-native, containerized architectures
Requisiti fondamentali
5+ years in software development within the .NET/.NET Core ecosystem Strong C#, REST APIs, and enterprise application design Proven experience with microservices-based and distributed architectures Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD, and release automation Knowledge of relational databases and data modeling English proficiency at C1 level leadership and mentorship strategic thinking and decision making cross-functional collaboration C#/.NET Core REST API design microservices architecture
