Overview In this role you will deliver competitive insights and forecasting for international pharma markets to guide commercial strategies. You will work with cross-country teams to analyze data from multiple sources and support regional expansion in Europe. You will own CRM implementation and field-force monitoring, ensuring KPI alignment and incentive design across countries. The position plays a critical role in providing analytic support to the COO and commercial affiliates while solving complex business questions. This is a hands-on role for someone who combines analytical rigor with effective communication to diverse users.

Analyze market dynamics and forecast international market trends to inform commercial actions Lead CRM implementation and alignment for Gentili International with cross-functional stakeholders Monitor international field-force performance and KPI analysis Design and manage international incentive schemes and cross-country tracking Support quarterly incentive calculations and execution with Country GMs Provide ad-hoc analytic support integrating internal and external data sources Collaborate with International Field Manager to ensure cross-country consistency Coordinate with General Managers and external providers on technical and business CRM needs
Requisiti fondamentali
Economic Degree or Scientific Degree with strong analytical/quantitative skills 3 years of experience in similar roles Strong cross-functional and cross-country collaboration能力 Clear communication of technical concepts to diverse users Analytical and synthetic capabilities and strong problem-solving approach Fluent English (written and spoken) team orientation clear communication cross-functional collaboration CRM implementation and stakeholder alignment KPI analysis and performance monitoring international incentive design and tracking
