Responsabilità
Monitor day-to-day financial operations for the French entities Oversee automated processes for sales, purchases, AR,
AP Handle non-trade payables and prime entries Cash management and reporting; support payment preparation Maintain and review financial records (Fixed Assets Ledger, payroll postings, month-end close accruals) Perform intercompany and bank reconciliations Ensure integrity of accounting information and transaction recording Manage VAT returns and liaise with tax/legal consultants for compliance Interact with auditors to resolve accounting issues Continuous improvement of processes and controls Support on ad hoc projects and tool enhancement
Requisiti fondamentali
Proven experience in Finance and Accounting roles Fluent in English, Italian, and French Minimum 4 years in general and tax accounting Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounting standards High attention to detail, reliability, curiosity Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills Advanced Excel and SAP proficiency Familiarity with French GAAP and regulations advantageous strong communication analytical thinking attention to detail SAP Excel VAT accounting
