Manage settlement of securities and investment transactions with accurate, timely execution Perform custody-related operations for securities and investment products Support operational management and distribution of investment funds and insurance products Administer securities and investment funds across relevant processes Conduct accounting activities for securities, funds and related transactions Monitor, control, and ensure compliance of operational processes and reconciliations Identify, manage,
and resolve operational issues with internal and external stakeholders Assist with analysis and resolution of exceptions and contribute to process improvements Collaborate with other functions and external counterparties involved in processing, settlement, custody and administration
Requisiti fondamentali
Academic degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field Experience or strong interest in investment operations, securities, funds or financial services Understanding of securities settlement, custody, fund distribution and/or securities administration Strong operational mindset and excellent attention to detail Comfort with procedures, controls, reconciliations and accounting activities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; capable of managing operational issues Ability to handle multiple activities under deadlines with accuracy Good stakeholder management and communication skills with internal and external parties Proactive, reliable and willing to contribute to process and control improvements Team player in a dynamic, collaborative environment Knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Proficiency in English, written and spoken teamwork proactivity attention to detail securities settlement custody operations fund distribution
