Responsabilità

- Drive new business growth and hit sales, revenue, and pipeline targets
- Identify and qualify new opportunities within the assigned market
- Lead development of client proposals, RFPs, and sales presentations
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders




- Collaborate with internal SMEs and international teams to deliver client solutions
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
- Represent International SOS at client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences

Requisiti fondamentali

- Experience in B2B sales, professional services, or customer-facing environments
- Proven ability to apply consultative selling techniques and meet/exceed sales targets
- Experience building relationships with senior client stakeholders and cross-functional contacts
- Exposure to commercial negotiations, proposals, bids, and tender processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Italian
- Self-motivated, commercially minded, and able to work in an international environment
