Join Coesia's Group Finance Controlling to lead divisional controlling and management reporting in an international setting. You will drive timely, high-quality financial insights and support cross-functional decision-making while advancing digitalization of finance processes. This role sits at the heart of performance management, aligning divisional data with Group standards and fostering standardized, data-driven reporting. You will collaborate with global Finance teams and key Corporate stakeholders, shaping how the organization measures and improves performance.

Responsabilità
- Lead the monthly divisional closing process and provide variance analysis
- Oversee data collection, consolidation, and validation from Group companies
- Prepare divisional management reporting, dashboards and presentations
- Analyze performance, indicators, trends and profitability to identify risks and opportunities
- Act as contact point for controlling topics across Group companies
- Drive standardization, automation and digitalization of reporting processes using BI tools
- Contribute to cross-functional Finance projects and group initiatives
- Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to support data-driven decisions
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering or a related field
- Solid experience in Controlling, FP&A;, or Management Reporting within international environments
- Strong knowledge of management control, financial reporting and accounting fundamentals
- Fluent English (spoken and written) across multinational stakeholders
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI or similar BI tools experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate financial data into clear insights
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results on time
