OverviewAs Supply Chain Manager you drive service and cost excellence by coordinating end-to-end order flow and inventory across AF XXX. You will lead demand planning, scheduling, and procurement, while partnering with suppliers and customers to deliver on-time, in-spec deliveries. You’ll simplify processes, optimize inventories, and push continuous improvement across the chain. This role offers impact through cross-functional collaboration and shaping supply strategies.

Responsabilità

Fulfill customer demands efficiently using optimal resourcesCoordinate order flow from production to invoicing (production planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, delivery)Lead demand forecasting/planning, scheduling, and KPI settingManage inventory to balance availability and minimizationOversee procurement, supplier performance, and procurement savingsPlan sales & operations,



material & manufacturing resource planning, capacity settingSupervise warehousing and optimize transport costs/efficiencyDrive continuous improvement via CI/Lean Six Sigma projectsPresent monthly management reports and KPI performanceDevelop talent, succession planning, and performance management for the team

Requisiti fondamentali

University degree in Management EngineeringMinimum 5 years in supply chainExperience leading a teamPackaging or FMCG production experience preferredERP and MRP knowledgeStrong Excel/data analysis skillsStrong team player and team leadershipExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProblem solving orientedStrong decision makingERP and MRP knowledgeAdvanced Excel/data analysis
