Strategic financial leadership for the Italian parent and affiliates, including planning and investor relationsLead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and KPI dashboardsOversee accounting operations per Italian GAAP and IFRS; manage external auditorsTreasury, cash management, currency exposure, and capital structure planningCoordinate corporate governance, board and shareholder meetings,

Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field10+ years of progressive financial and business leadership experienceExperience in senior management roles within multi-entity or international organizationsExperience leading budgeting, forecasting, treasury, accounting, audit, and financial planningExperience with private equity, family-owned businesses, or holding company structures is preferredFluent in English and Italian; additional languages a plusExperience with ERP systems and financial reporting toolsStrong stakeholder management and board-level presentation skillsAbility to work under pressure and prioritize, maintaining confidentialityleadershipcommunicationdecision-makingERP systemsfinancial reporting toolsIFRS
