Responsabilità

Lead and develop a high-performing shop floor team, providing ongoing coaching and performance conversationsRecruit, onboard,



and manage employee relations in partnership with Store Manager and HRDrive superior client experience and clientelling to build long-term relationships with clienteleMonitor category performance and propose action plans with Merchandising to hit targetsCollaborate with VM to maintain brand image and category potentialProvide product knowledge training and market trend awareness to the teamEnsure policy compliance across the teamActively participate in sales floor activities to support performance and customer service
