OverviewAs Social Media Manager, you will shape Technogym’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube and more. You’ll build and execute strategies, create engaging content, and manage communities to grow followers, drive web traffic, and support sales goals. You will collaborate with Marketing, Creative and Product teams to ensure brand-consistent messaging. Your data-driven approach will optimise performance and keep us ahead of social trends. This role offers a chance to influence brand perception at a global scale.
Responsabilità
Develop and execute social media strategy based on competitive research and audience insightsCreate content calendars and content syndication schedulesMonitor performance and report on KPIs such as growth, engagement and conversionCollaborate with Marketing,
Creative and Product teams to ensure brand-right contentManage and optimize company pages on each platformModerate user-generated content per internal guidelinesAnalyze social data and apply insights to improve tacticsBuild and grow social communities through proactive engagementCoordinate with branches/distributors to align strategies and campaignsManage influencer and partner relationships and respond to viral postsStay updated on trends and propose new social strategiesWrite engaging long- and short-form social content
Requisiti fondamentali
BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations preferredProven social media marketing experience (4+ years)Fluent English with excellent writing and communication skillsStrong knowledge of major platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)Experience with social analytics tools; Sprinklr experience a plusExperience with KPIs and data-driven decision makingUnderstanding of cybersecurity principles relevant to data and systems managementExperience with community management and social listeningAbility to coordinate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholdersstrong relationship skillsproactive and collaborativedigital savvyTikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn proficiencyContent calendar developmentSocial analytics and reporting
