Responsabilità
Monitor service KPIs (e.g., repair times, first-time fix rate, service costs)Analyze service performance and identify areas for improvementSupport budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities for the Service departmentPrepare regular reports and dashboards for internal stakeholdersCollaborate with field service teams,
call centers, and external service partnersEnsure data accuracy in service management systemsAssist in optimizing service processes and workflowsSupport procurement and spare parts cost analysis
Requisiti fondamentali
Bachelor in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related field3+ years of experience in controlling, service operations, or similar rolesExcellent communication skills in Italian and English (spoken and written)Strong analytical and numerical skillsProficiency in Excel; knowledge of ERP/BI tools is a plusGood organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and communicate effectivelystrong analytical thinkingcross-functional collaborationproblem-solvingExcelERP/BI toolsdata accuracy and reporting
