Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closingIdentify and develop new opportunities within target industriesBuild and maintain a strong pipeline of strategic dealsPosition AG Solution’s value-driven offerings beyond pure resourcesDevelop deep understanding of client challenges and business driversEngage stakeholders at multiple levels including C-levelTranslate client needs into outcome-based proposalsCollaborate with technical experts, pre-sales, and marketingRepresent AG Solution at events and client meetingsMaintain CRM pipeline, forecasts, and data qualityContribute to sales strategy improvements

Requisiti fondamentali

Proven track record in selling engineering or digital services (automation, MES/MOM, OT/IT)Strong consultative and value-based selling skillsAbility to engage stakeholders at all levels including C-levelEntrepreneurial mindset with hunter mentalityStrong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsStructured, proactive, and results-drivenLanguages: fluent in German and English (mandatory)Based in or near Cologne (Köln)Consultative sellingCross-functional collaborationStakeholder managementEngineering backgroundAutomation, MES/MOM, industrial data, OT/IT solutionsCRM (Dynamics 365)
