OverviewIn this strategic role, you will steer industrial and operational activities across two production sites to drive performance and growth. You will work with local and international leadership to advance operational excellence, energy efficiency, and plant modernization within a circular economy context. You’ll shape the operations organization, implement Lean and CI initiatives, and partner with senior leadership to support long-term objectives. This is a hands-on leadership role with substantial impact on safety, quality, and financial results.

Lead operations across two manufacturing sitesOwn industrial performance and operational P&LDirect; Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and HSE functionsDevelop and lead an operational team of ~30 employeesDefine and monitor operational, quality, and financial KPIsDrive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous ImprovementManage industrial CAPEX plans and investment prioritiesEnsure compliance with HSE, environmental,
and quality standardsInterface with regulatory authorities and external stakeholdersSupport energy efficiency and sustainability programsLead plant modernization and industrial transformation projectsPartner with senior management to support growth and long-term objectives
Requisiti fondamentali
Degree in Engineering or related technical disciplineProven experience as Operations Director, Plant Director, Manufacturing Director or similarBackground in continuous processing/transformation industries (food, pet food, rendering, chemicals, ingredients, agribusiness, biomass)Experience managing multi-site operations in complex manufacturing environmentsSolid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and CI methodologiesStrong understanding of HSE regulations and integrated management systemsOutstanding leadership, people management, and change management capabilitiesFluent Italian and EnglishWillingness to travel regularly between production sitesleadershippeople managementchange managementLean ManufacturingContinuous ImprovementHSE regulations
