Lead and deliver complex transformation programs (digital, AI, operational excellence, restructuring) for clientsPartner with senior client leadership to build capabilities, governance,
and processesCoach and motivate multidisciplinary teams to drive execution and measurable impactAct as a subject-matter expert combining hands-on experience with problem-solving to translate insights into actionsLead Orphoz project teams and collaborate with McKinsey strategy teamsDeliver transformation programs from planning through delivery and sustained impact
Requisiti fondamentali
Master’s degree with strong academic record8+ years in project delivery, project management/PMO, preferably in consultingProven people leadership and team development experienceStrong problem-solving abilities and entrepreneurially drivenExperience in business change, transformation/TO, and operational excellenceKnowledge of project management tools and methods (MS Project, Prince2, Agile)Functional exposure to AI-related solutions; industry experience in Consumer/Retail, Advanced Industries, or mid-sized enterprisesWillingness to travel on client sites (Mon–Thu)Fluent Italian and EnglishTrack record of delivering measurable client impactleadership and coachingresilience and adaptabilitycollaboration across cross-functional teamsMS ProjectPrince2Agile
