Overview
In this senior technical role, you will develop and validate new solution features within AVEVA's Center of Excellence, while resolving issues across custom products and integrated solutions. You'll collaborate with DEV and SUPPORT teams to tailor customer solutions and assist with site commissioning and upgrades. You drive enhancements, validate releases, and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing. This role offers impact by improving monitoring and control systems for industrial applications.
Responsabilità
- Collaborate with DEV and SUPPORT teams to master customer solutions
- Identify and propose software enhancements to address feature needs and issues
- Support customers in adopting new solutions and resolving technical problems
- Assist Application Engineers (L2) with site commissioning, upgrades and expansions
- Participate in post-release and pilot phases by testing, validating, and providing feedback
- Resolve escalated technical issues and aid Engineering teams in problem-solving
- Contribute to feature documentation using a Knowledge Base tool
- Design and evaluate complex monitoring/control systems for program execution
Requisiti fondamentali
- Software, database, troubleshooting or problem-solving experience
- SQL database querying and programming experience
- Programming experience (minimum 5 years)
- Understanding of SCADA and HMI systems
- Positive, customer-focused, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate with diverse technical professionals and travel as needed
