Overview
In this role you will be the regional expert for real estate, facility, and procurement management within the WSEE area. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to drive autonomous, data-driven optimization projects while supporting sustainable and efficient operations. The position blends project delivery, reporting, and cross-functional teamwork in a multinational environment, with opportunities to shape regional real estate and procurement initiatives. You’ll be part of a small, diverse team that values trust, initiative, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilità
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the region to deliver real estate, facility, and procurement initiatives
- Work autonomously within policy and management frameworks while maintaining alignment with global practices
- Contribute to project execution,
including occasional on-site presence to drive success
- Support a diverse, forward-thinking team that encourages new ideas and initiatives
- Gather data and produce reports to underpin optimization and sustainability initiatives
- Operate within a regional team to support over 2,100 colleagues and multiple office locations
- Foster a culture of trust, teamwork, and accountability in a hybrid work environment
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years of practical experience in real estate, facility, and procurement management
- native Italian speaker with fluent business English
- strong communication skills in an international, multicultural setting
