OverviewIn this role you will manage Generali Group P&C; outward facultative reinsurance as a centre of expertise, advising Group Companies on structuring and placement aligned with the Group Reinsurance Policy. You will assess counterparty credit risk, design and monitor structured reinsurance solutions, and maintain senior relations with reinsurers and brokers. You’ll monitor market developments, delivering strategic guidance to support capital efficiency, earnings protection and profitable growth across the Group.

Responsabilità

Serve as the Group reference point for facultative reinsurance, guiding Group Companies on identification, structuring and placement of solutionsAssess and manage counterparty credit risk, define mitigations and recommend collateral structuresLead design, negotiation, implementation and ongoing monitoring of facultative-obligatory and other structured reinsurance solutionsMaintain senior relationships with international reinsurers,

brokers and market participantsMonitor international reinsurance market trends and provide strategic insights and technical guidance to Group Companies and management

Requisiti fondamentali

At least 7 years of professional experience in insurance and/or reinsuranceExposure to multiple lines of business and/or international activities (plus)Fluent in English; other languages beneficial (plus)Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applicationsUnderstanding of Artificial Intelligence and its applications in insurance/reinsurance; ability to use AI-based tools for research, data analysis, reporting, process improvement and decision-makingAbility to critically assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy and relevanceStrong decision-making and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to influence stakeholders and drive cross-unit alignmentHigh accountability and ownership for outcomesMicrosoft 365AI-enabled tools for research, data analysis, reporting and decision-makingAbility to assess AI outputs for quality and relevance
