OverviewIn this role, you enable informed management decisions by delivering accurate financial and headcount reporting. You will develop and maintain tools and dashboards to monitor revenue, profitability, and workforce metrics, collaborating with HR, Controlling, Finance, Operations, Sales and IT. You’ll transform data into actionable insights and support planning and month-end activities. The position sits in a dynamic, international team focused on enhancing reporting capabilities and data governance.

Responsabilità

Prepare periodic business reports (revenue, profitability, headcount, productivity) for management and headquartersManage monthly headcount reporting and align HR and financial dataMonitor performance against targets and explain variances for month-end closeDesign, automate, and maintain Power BI dashboards and DAX data modelsServe as the key user for the CCM reporting tool, maintain master data and ensure cross-system data consistencySupport budgeting,



forecasting cycles, and provide data insights for department managersMonitor intracompany transactions and support Finance with the TP Matrix and Documentation Notes (DN)

Requisiti fondamentali

Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Management Engineering, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related fieldAdvanced Microsoft Excel skillsHands-on Power BI development, DAX language, and data modelingExperience with reporting tools, ERP systems, and corporate data management platformsExperience with CCM reporting tools is an advantageStrong understanding of financial reporting, profitability analytics, and business KPIsFluent in Italian and English (min B2)Collaborative and cross-functional teamworkAnalytical mindsetBusiness acumenPower BI developmentDAXData modeling
