OverviewAs Network Services Senior Specialist, you own the reliability and security of Campari's global network across offices, plants and cloud. You govern outsourced provider delivery, drive automation and infrastructure-as-code, and leverage AI to improve service efficiency. You will collaborate with the Network Architect and local IT to ensure designs translate into reliable, scalable implementations. This role blends technical leadership with governance to maintain high SLAs and continuous improvement across the network estate.

Responsabilità

Manage quality and performance of network services across sites, aligned to target architecture and SLAsServe as escalation point for complex network incidents and drive root-cause analysesLead provider management, ensuring deliverables meet standards and documentation is up-to-dateApprove standard network changes within authority and ensure changes are properly classified and evidencedTranslate designs into executable delivery requirements and oversee site rollouts and technology refreshMaintain network standards and baselines for LAN, Wi‑Fi, WAN/SD‑WAN, firewalls, SASE/Zscaler,



and Azure networkingAdvance automation and IaC by managing backlog, defining requirements and evaluating provider automationEnsure security compliance and remediation through Cyber Security collaboration and auditsAct as Global IT liaison for local IT and OT boundary networks, with clear rollbacks and risk managementMonitor and report on SD-WAN analytics, Azure Network Watcher, and site tests to maintain user experience

Requisiti fondamentali

5+ years in enterprise networking with experience governing outsourced or managed servicesHands-on experience with change, SLA, problem management and ITIL practicesSolid knowledge of LAN, Wi‑Fi, WAN/SD‑WAN, firewalls, SASE/Zscaler, and Azure networkingProven ability to read and critique automation proposals and translate into clear requirementsStrong incident management and cross-vendor troubleshooting capabilitiesFluent English (written and spoken)Experience with provider implementation to technical acceptanceWillingness to travel up to 10%Experience with ServiceNow or similar service management toolsFamiliarity with AI tools in daily workflowsImprovement mindsetJudgement and escalationPractical use of AILAN/Wi‑Fi/WAN/SD‑WANFirewalls, SASE/ZscalerAzure networking
