OverviewAs Site Inventory & IT Manager in Alessandria, you ensure inventory accuracy, WMS performance, and service continuity. You lead a small team and act as the liaison between Operations, Inventory Control, IT support, and the customer to drive performance and continuous improvement. You will manage the WMS and related systems, oversee stock accuracy and cycle counts, and support system implementations. This role offers impact through optimization of warehouse processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilità
Lead and develop a team of 3 Super Users and 2 Inventory Operators.Plan, prioritize, and execute Inventory and IT-related activities.Manage and optimize the site's WMS and supporting systems.Oversee Inventory Control processes, including cycle counts, stock reconciliations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.Maintain high levels of stock accuracy and inventory integrity.Monitor and report on KPI, including inventory accuracy, productivity, operational exceptions, and system performance.Coordinate resolution of operational and system-related issues, ensuring timely escalation when required.Partner with Operations, Customer teams,
and central functions to deliver excellent service levels.Drive continuous improvement across warehouse processes, inventory control, and system utilization.Participate in system implementation, testing, process design, and change.
Requisiti fondamentali
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, inventory, or supply chain management.Proven experience managing operational teams.Experience with multinational customers and/or retail operations is highly desirable.Strong knowledge of warehouse and supply chain operations.Hands-on experience with WMS.Strong expertise in Inventory Control, Stock Accuracy, and inventory reconciliation processes.Advanced analytical and reporting skills, including Excel.Good understanding of IT support processes and operational systems within a warehouse environment.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Excellent organizational and planning abilities.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on operational excellence.Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.English FluentStakeholder managementCommunicationProblem-solvingWMSInventory controlStock reconciliation
