Responsabilità
Support calculation and management of direct taxes (IRES/IRAP) including data collection, reconciliations, and adjustments analysisAssist in preparing tax returns and ensure compliance with periodic and annual direct tax obligationsSupport Transfer Pricing activities: analyze intercompany transactions, collect financial data, prepare Master File and Local File TP documentation,
coordinate with external advisorsSupport tax activities related to cross-border transactions and international M&A; from acquisition through integration and structuringMonitor tax matters affecting foreign subsidiaries and coordinate between headquarters and local entities
Requisiti fondamentali
1-2 years of experience in the tax fieldSolid knowledge of corporate direct taxation (IRES and IRAP) and Transfer Pricing principles including OECD guidelinesStrong analytical skills and data interpretation with proficiency in Excel and other digital toolsExcellent written and spoken English, with ability to collaborate with international stakeholdersHigh accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail; commitment to continuous learning in tax mattersStrong organizational and teamwork skills with cross-functional collaboration in an international environmentteamworkproactivitystrong communicationExceldata analysisdigital tools
