Job Purpose
The Health & Safety Site Manager is responsible for leading and managing all Health & Safety activities within the Modena - San Matteo Site, ensuring full compliance with legal requirements, corporate standards, and industry best practices. The role drives the development of a proactive safety culture, supports operational excellence, and ensures the protection of all employees.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement the plant Health & Safety strategy aligned with corporate objectives.




Promote a strong safety culture through leadership, communication, and employee engagement.
Manage relationship with Union Representative for Safety (RLS) regarding safety topics.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation, company policies, and standards.
Lead risk assessments and hazard identification activities.
Monitor legal requirements and coordinate their implementation.
Oversee contractor safety management and workplace monitoring activities.
Define and monitor H&S; KPIs, objectives, and targets.
Analyze performance data and identify improvement actions.
Lead investigations of accidents, incidents, near misses, and occupational injuries.
Ensure root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor incident trends and promote continuous improvement.
Lead emergency preparedness and crisis management activities.
Coordinate drills, evacuation exercises, and business continuity initiativ
