Overview In this role you will strengthen the security of industrial operations by conducting OT cybersecurity assessments and embedding security into plant design. You'll work with cross-functional teams to implement security controls and monitor critical systems in real time. You'll focus on industry standards like IEC 62443 and NIST, contributing to secure, resilient industrial environments. This role offers hands-on work across advanced OT security technologies and global projects, with a start-up mindset and a culture of continuous learning.

Perform OT cybersecurity assessments (procedural and technical) based on IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, NIS2, CRA
Drive Security by Design projects including OT network architecture reviews and cybersecurity requirement definitions for greenfield projects




Define and implement OT cybersecurity policies and procedures aligned with industry standards (IEC 62443, NIST 800-82)
Work with advanced OT security solutions (IDS, Secure Remote Access, EDR) across design, deployment and maintenance phases
Ensure real-time monitoring and protection of critical industrial systems to reduce vulnerabilities
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
~1-3 years of OT cybersecurity experience
~ Understanding of OT technologies (PLCs, SCADA, RTUs, HMIs, DCS)
~ Familiarity with IEC 62443, NIST CSF; OT-related certifications such as GIAC GICSP, GRID, ISA/IEC 62443 (a definite plus)
~ Passion for innovation
~ IDS (Intrusion Detection System)
~ SRA (Secure Remote Access)
~ EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response)
