Overview
As an Electrophysiology Field Clinical Specialist, you will provide expert clinical support and training for Farapulse and Opal systems across the Rome region, helping hospitals and physicians optimize patient care. You will educate customers, perform case support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business goals. The role combines hands-on clinical work with product development input to drive adoption and successful outcomes. This field-based position offers opportunities to deepen medical expertise while contributing to a global leader in medical solutions.

Responsabilità
- Serve as primary clinical resource for case coverage, troubleshooting, and system/software support
- Educate customers and internal teams on Farapulse and Opal usage through presentations and demonstrations
- Attend hospital labs to support cases and product development efforts
- Provide training and feedback to development, sales,



and marketing teams on product features and usage
- Meet with physicians and hospital staff to identify clinical needs and demonstrate product value
- Build relationships with hospital personnel to identify decision makers and expand contacts
- Address customer needs and complaints by coordinating with cross-functional teams to develop solutions
- Possibly support colleagues in neighboring regions; travel 80%
- Residence in the Rome region is required

Requisiti fondamentali
- 1–2 years of professional industry experience in a similar role (beneficial but not required)
- Biomedical Sciences studies completed, preferably electrophysiology
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex technical/clinical details
- Proficiency in Italian and English; additional languages appreciated
- Adaptability to a dynamic marketplace
- Team-oriented, capable of cross-functional collaboration
- Self-motivated with influence and persi
