Overview vivo is looking for a Finance Specialist to support the daily finance and accounting activities of our office in Milan.
In this role, you will support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, review invoices and expense documentation, and assist with month-end closing, financial reporting and data reconciliation. You will work with colleagues across the business to help maintain accurate financial records and support efficient finance operations.
The ideal candidate has a foundation in finance or accounting, good Excel skills and strong attention to detail.



This position is suitable for a recent graduate or someone with up to two years of relevant experience who is eager to learn and develop within an international technology company.
Daily Finance Operations & Documentation Support daily accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) activities.
Review invoices, expense claims and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
Month-End Closing & Reconciliation Assist with month-end closing activities, including the preparation and reconciliation of relevant financial data.
Perform hands-on accounting tasks, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, bank reconciliations, and account reconciliations.
Support bank reconciliations and the checking of account balances and supporting records.
Identify discrepancies and follow up with relevant colleagues under the supervisor's guidance.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, management reports and supporting analysis.
