About EU Policy Insight
EU Policy Insight is an independent policy think tank and research institution focused on European affairs, EU law, digital regulation, artificial intelligence governance, space law, geopolitics, and institutional development.
Through independent research, policy analysis, publications, and international collaboration, we aim to contribute to informed policymaking and a deeper understanding of Europe's evolving legal, political, technological, and strategic landscape.
We are seeking motivated and experienced professionals to join our growing team and contribute to the institution's development, research activities, partnerships, and long-term vision.
Open Positions
1. Co-Founder & Vice President – Strategy and Institutional Development
Contribute to institutional strategy, governance, organizational development, external relations, and long-term sustainability.
- Head of Institutional Partnerships
Develop partnerships with universities, think tanks, NGOs, research institutions, and European and international policy stakeholders. Identify opportunities for collaboration, grants, and joint initiatives.
- Research Director
Lead and coordinate research initiatives, support research quality and editorial standards, and contribute to the development of the institution's research agenda.
- Senior Research Fellow – EU Policy and Law
Conduct research and produce policy analysis, reports, and publications on EU law, European governance, digital regulation, and institutional affairs.
- Senior Research Fellow – Artificial Intelligence and the EU AI Act
Research AI governance, the EU AI Act, digital policy, emerging technologies, regulatory compliance,
and the broader implications of artificial intelligence for Europe.
- Senior Research Fellow – Space Law and Geopolitics
Explore European space policy, international space law, space security, geopolitical competition, and the strategic implications of emerging space technologies.
- Senior Research Fellow – Geopolitics and European Security
Contribute research on European security, international relations, strategic autonomy, trade, technology, and Europe's role in a changing global order.
Ideal Candidates
We welcome applicants with academic or professional experience in public policy, EU affairs, law, artificial intelligence, space law, international relations, geopolitics, research, institutional partnerships, or organizational leadership.
Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills, professional integrity, reliability, and a genuine commitment to independent, evidence-based policy research.

Voluntary Engagement and Future Opportunities
All positions are initially voluntary and unpaid. The institution is developing its research activities, partnerships, and funding opportunities.
Paid positions or project-based compensation may be considered if sustainable funding becomes available, subject to funding, organizational needs, applicable law, and separate written agreements. Future remuneration is not guaranteed.
Formal appointments, responsibilities, decision-making authority, and co-founder arrangements will be documented appropriately.
