As a **Night Supervisor** , you're not just supervising overnight operations - you're spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. Here's what you'll do during a typical day: + **Oversee nightly audit:** Supervise nightly auditing, posting, and balancing of financial transactions across departments + **Lead day-to-day team operations:** Create team schedules, assign tasks, lead pre-shift meetings, and provide training, guidance, and in the moment feedback + **Oversee guest issue resolution:** Respond to guest inquiries and concerns directly while supporting team members in in handling complex or escalated issues + **Post and reconcile transactions:** Ensure timely posting of all revenues and reconciliation of the day's financial reports and credit card systems + **Monitor cashier accuracy:** Review and verify cashier reports, correcting errors and ensuring alignment with system data + **Support overnight operations:** Partner with the Night Manager to handle guest issues and assist in emergency situations as needed + **Manage special projects:** Lead department initiatives or ad-hoc assignments **What It Takes to Make the Stay** At Hilton,
