Provide excellent customer service to corporate clients via email, live chat and phone
Assist customers with financial services queries related to account management, transactions, and product features
Offer first-line software support,
troubleshooting common issues and guiding clients through technical solutions
Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain a strong understanding of the Soldo platform to provide accurate information
Deliver service/quality standards to agreed levels
Document and track customer issues, ensuring queries are logged and followed up
Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Strong problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude
Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries while maintaining professionalism
Prior experience in customer service, ideally in financial services or software support
Customer-centric approach with a strong desire to exceed expectations
