We are looking for a Secretary
We are looking for a motivated and reliable person to join our team and support us with our daily office activities.
Organization and coordination of the office
Assistance and communication with our guests
Handling inquiries and bookings
Telephone and written correspondence
General administrative tasks/Social Media
Support with the organization of the ongoing ski school operations

Qualifications
Enjoyment of working with people
Friendly and reliable manner
Good organizational skills and an independent way of working
Good knowledge of German and Italian
Confident use of a PC and common Office programs
