This opportunity would suit an analytical professional with a background in real estate investment, hospitality advisory or a related field, looking to develop their career within the hospitality sector. Key Responsibilities * Support the analysis and assessment of hospitality investment opportunities. * Build and maintain financial models, including valuations and sensitivity analyses. * Research hotel markets, operating performance and sector trends. * Assist with due diligence and the preparation of investment presentations. * Support portfolio monitoring and work with internal teams and external advisers. Candidate Profile * Relevant experience in real estate investment, investment banking, transaction advisory or hospitality consulting. * Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills. * Experience with hotel assets or a strong understanding of hospitality investment. * Excellent attention to detail and the ability to present findings clearly. * A proactive approach and the ability to manage competing priorities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
