How you’ll help us:
* Provide technical troubleshooting support to distributors, installers, EPCs, and customers via phone, email, and digital communication channels. * Deliver technical training sessions, webinars, and product presentations to distributors, installers, service partners, and internal colleagues. * Provide technical support during customer meetings and pre-sales activities when required. * Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, installers, EPCs, and service partners. * Collaborate with the Sales team to support customer relationships and business development. * Work closely with Product Management, R&D;, and headquarters to resolve technical issues and improve products and processes. * Monitor relevant Italian technical regulations and grid-code requirements. * Support the qualification, onboarding, and management of authorized service partners. * Document technical cases and customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
