OUR PURPOSE AT PLANCRAFT Building the backbone of European trades together – with AI-first software. We’re not just building software – we’re on a mission to create space for contractors & tradespeople by equipping them with AI solutions that work the way they do: fast, practical, and AI-first. With Tier 1 Investors from Europe and the US, like Headline and Creandum as well as 30,000+ tradespeople as customer base, we’re scaling across Europe to turn scattered tradespeople into thriving communities. We believe in zero admin, not zero personality – and we build every feature with the people in mind who wear the boots, not the suits. We’re #stoked to shape the future, #together as a team, and #humble in our mission to support the builders of tomorrow. Your Italian language skills and marketing experience help us connect with Italian contractors locally, authentically, and with real impact. You shape how plancraft is perceived on the ground,
translate our brand into the Italian market, and make sure our message is relevant to the daily reality of tradespeople. You will work closely with a small local team, currently consisting of a Country Lead and an Account Executive, giving you a high level of ownership and influence from day one. At the same time, you will be closely connected to our HQ Marketing team in Hamburg, especially across Performance Marketing and Brand, so you are not building the market alone but act as the local marketing owner and connector for Italy. This is a hands‑on role with a strong execution focus, especially in the beginning. You will prioritize local marketing activities, test what works, create momentum in the market, and support hands‑on where needed, from localized content and creator collaborations to events, customer stories, and selected social formats. You’ll be based in Milan, working on‑site from
