Job Description We are seeking a commercially minded and client-focused professional with strong sales and advisory skills, capable of rapidly establishing trusted relationships with clients and business partners,

Your Activities * Marketing and sale of residential developments and new construction projects. * Building, managing, and expanding client relationships and business opportunities. * Providing consultancy to clients on residential property solutions tailored to their requirements. * Managing the full sales cycle, including negotiations and transaction completion. * Conducting market research, property appraisals, and acquisition activities. * Maintaining CRM records and preparing sales reports and performance analyses. * Working closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies for residential developments.
