Overview In this role you will design and manage the Energy Division's partner network to enable strong market coverage and sustainable growth. You will work with agents, distributors and strategic partners to align channel strategy with division objectives. You'll analyze markets, select partners, and drive performance through KPI-driven reviews and development plans. Your work supports a high-growth, resource-efficient mission in a collaborative, cross-functional context. Responsabilità * Define and implement the partner development strategy for the Energy Division * Assess and optimize the distributor/agent network and identify coverage gaps * Map markets, qualify new partners, and negotiate agreements * Onboard partners and ensure alignment with company culture and objectives * Set KPIs, conduct business reviews,
monitor performance and implement improvement plans * Support partners' commercial and technical capabilities and drive training/certification * Monitor market/tech developments and advise Management Team on partner-related strategies Requisiti fondamentali * 5–6 years of prior Sales experience * Degree in Mechanical, Energy or Chemical Engineering, or in Economics (preferably) * Knowledge of heat exchangers, pumps, centrifuges, decanters, separators, HVAC systems and district heating (advantage) * Strong problem-solving and teamwork abilities * Good command of English * Experience in partner management and strategic planning (implied) * strong communication and negotiation * cross-functional collaboration * analytical thinking * knowledge of heat exchangers, pumps, centrifuges, decanters, separators, HVAC systems and district heating * market intelligence and strategy development * partner onboarding and performance management
