Descrizione della posizione The successful candidate will contribute to the development and enhancement of consumer-facing digital products, collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, Data Specialists, and Software Engineers in a highly dynamic and innovative setting. This position is ideal for professionals who enjoy working across different technologies, rapidly learning new tools and frameworks, and leveraging Artificial Intelligence to improve development efficiency and software quality.
Key Responsabilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and digital products.
- Contribute to the implementation of new features and continuous product improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform product requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in architectural and technical design discussions.
- Ensure code quality, performance, maintainability, and scalability across products.
- Work on multiple projects and technology stacks according to evolving business needs.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate delivery and enhance productivity.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering practices and development processes.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in software development.
- Solid software engineering fundamentals and knowledge of modern development practices.
- Experience in mobile application development, with exposure to at least one of the following technologies: Flutter, Kotlin or Swift
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and adopt new technologies, frameworks, and development approaches.
- Interest in working across different products, projects, and technical environments rather than specializing in a single technology stack.
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, or similar) as part of the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to work effectively within collaborative and fast-paced teams
- Good communication skills and ownership mindset.
Location: Milan (hybrid)
Compensation:
- Salary: € 30,000 - € 45,000 Gross Annual Salary (RAL), depending on experience, technical skills, and overall potential.
