Position: Bilingual Italian Generalist Expert — AI Safety Type: Contract Compensation: $40–$44/hour Location: Remote Responsibilities * Write expert-level prompts in Italian across a range of sensitive subject areas. * Apply structured guidelines to classify prompts and conversations. * Flag adversarial phrasings and escalation patterns, documenting the reasoning behind your judgments. * Collaborate with teams to ensure models handle sensitive topics effectively. * Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.
QualificationsMust-Have * Native or near-native fluency in Italian, plus business-level written English. * Bachelor's degree, completed or in progress. * Strong written reasoning and high attention to detail. * Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information. Preferred * Based in Italy or the wider Western Europe region. * Experience reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content. * Background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy evaluation, or adversarial testing.
