As our new Service Sales Engineer End User, you will play a key role in growing our service business in Italy by developing new opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing and potential end customers.
You will focus on the installed base and support customers throughout the lifecycle of their drives, from maintenance and service solutions to upgrades and end-of-life replacements. Working closely with our sales teams, service experts and DrivePro® partners, you will help turn customer needs into concrete business opportunities and contribute to expanding our market presence.
You will join the Italy Service organization while also collaborating with the Global Aftermarket Services team, combining local customer engagement with an international perspective.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of service sales opportunities across existing and potential end customers.
- Drive the sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through opportunity development, customer engagement and order conversion.
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with end customers and key stakeholders, creating demand for Danfoss service solutions.
- Collaborate with sales teams, service experts and DrivePro® partners to understand customer needs and develop relevant service solutions, including maintenance requirements,
planning and budgeting.
- Support business growth initiatives through targeted marketing activities and the continuous development of service sales processes and portfolio.
What We're Looking For
- A solid background in technical sales, service sales, business development or a related customer-facing commercial role, ideally within an industrial or technical environment.
- A strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify customer needs, develop opportunities and manage a sales pipeline from prospecting to conversion.
- Confidence in building long-term relationships with end customers and working effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good technical understanding and the ability to translate customer needs into relevant commercial and service solutions.
- Fluency in Italian and English, combined with a proactive, collaborative and results-oriented approach.

Compensation & Benefits
- Permanent Contract
- CCNL Terziario, Distribuzione e Servizi (cod. CNEL H011)
- Annual Gross Salary Range: €65.000 – €75.000
- Premio system: variable component expressed as a percentage of annual gross salary, linked to company performance.
- Salary review: conducted annually, based on individual merit and overall company performance.
