Collaborate with product owners to translate business objectives into technical requirements
Analyze change requests, design solutions, and guide developers in implementation
Support development teams and oversee design, testing,
and modification phases
Ensure up-to-date documentation and maintain records
Monitor and ensure compliance requirements and adhere to schedules
Perform root-cause analysis for incidents and bugs to implement permanent solutions
Handle incidents in an L3 support capacity and contribute to problem solving
Engage in projects involving file interfaces and protocols
